Studio Rules and Policies
At Raggiante Lens Photo Studio, we aim to create a professional and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth sessions and mutual understanding, please review and adhere to the following studio rules and policies:
- Booking and Payments
• Booking Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The retainer will be applied to your total session cost.
• Payment: Full payment is due on the day of your session unless otherwise specified. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods discussed at booking.
• Rescheduling: Reschedules are allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. A new session date must be set within 30 days, subject to availability.
- Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your retainer.
• No Refund Policy: All payments, including retainers and session fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, at the studio owner’s discretion, in the form of credit toward a future session.
- Session Guidelines
• Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling.
• Guests: Only individuals being photographed and one additional guest (if necessary) are allowed in the studio during the session.
• Outfits and Props: Clients are responsible for bringing any agreed-upon outfits or props. Notify us in advance if special accommodations are needed.
• Children and Client Responsibility: Raggiante Lens Photo Studio is not responsible for uncooperative or crying children during the session. Additionally, clients are responsible for ensuring that their outfit choices align with their desired vision.
• Personal Phone Photos and Recording: No personal phone photos or recording are allowed during the session.
• Company Policy: Please only one company per session.
- Image Selection and Delivery
• Viewing and Selection: Clients may select their favorite images during an in-person viewing session or via an online gallery (as agreed).
• Editing and Retouching: All selected images will be professionally edited. Additional retouching requests may incur extra fees.
• Delivery Timeline: Final images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
- Copyright and Usage
• Copyright: All images remain the property of Raggiante Lens Photo Studio.
• Client Usage: Clients may use the delivered images for personal use only. Commercial usage must be discussed and approved in writing.
• Studio Promotions: Raggiante Lens Photo Studio reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Studio Care and Conduct
• Treat studio equipment and property with care. Any damage caused by the client or their guests will be the client’s responsibility.
• Please maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere during your session.
- Liability
• Raggiante Lens Photo Studio is not liable for injuries, lost items, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the session.
